Bayswater Holiday Home

Bayswater Holiday Home is a large, well-situated house across the road from the beach in Paihia, Bay of Islands. It provides a superb base for families or groups who want to enjoy both comfort and convenience, with many of Paihia’s attractions just a short, flat walk away. The house is owned and managed by Chester & Louise Rendell, long-time locals committed to giving guests a welcoming stay.

Accommodation Layout & Capacity

• Two-storey home with an open plan living, dining, kitchen and bathroom on the top floor, opening out to a large deck with BBQ and views.
• Downstairs are four double bedrooms (three with queen beds, one with a double bed), plus an additional lounge area with two king-single beds.
• Three bathrooms in total, one of which is an ensuite to the master bedroom downstairs.
• Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

Features & Atmosphere

• Off-street parking for cars and boat trailers; plenty of space.
• Quiet location with little road noise despite being near the centre.
• House is priced such that even couples (just two people) benefit from the space, with unused rooms locked off.
• Restaurant on site: “JFC – Just Fish & Chips” provides casual, family-friendly dining using fresh, local produce.
