Paihia Dive is a family-run SSI dive centre in Paihia, diving the Bay of Islands since 1978. We run trips to the two best-known wrecks in Northland. One is the navy frigate HMNZS Canterbury in Deep Water Cove. The other is the Greenpeace ship Rainbow Warrior at the Cavalli Islands, which we’ve dived since she was laid to rest in 1987. We also dive the reefs of the Bay of Islands and the Cavalli Islands.
You don’t need to bring a group. We take individual bookings, and Open Water divers can dive both wrecks with one of our instructors. We teach SSI courses from Intro Dive to Divemaster, plus freediving and React Right first aid.
