Bayswater Holiday Home is a large, well-situated house across the road from the beach in Paihia, Bay of Islands. It provides a superb base for families or groups who want to enjoy both comfort and convenience, with many of Paihia’s attractions just a short, flat walk away. The house is owned and managed by Chester & Louise Rendell, long-time locals committed to giving guests a welcoming stay.

Two-storey home with an open plan living, dining, kitchen and bathroom on the top floor, opening out to a large deck with BBQ and views.
Downstairs are four double bedrooms (three with queen beds, one with a double bed), plus an additional lounge area with two king-single beds.
Three bathrooms in total, one of which is an ensuite to the master bedroom downstairs.
Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

Off-street parking for cars and boat trailers; plenty of space.
Quiet location with little road noise despite being near the centre.
House is priced such that even couples (just two people) benefit from the space, with unused rooms locked off.
