What to Expect & Outdoor Access

• Access to the entire house and property section, including walking through native bush.
• Direct use of the beach for fishing, swimming, kayaking, launching a boat, or gathering seafood. A private mooring comes with the property.
• Car access is via the beach. Note: at high tide, the beachfront can flood to the lawn, meaning you’ll need to park in the carpark off the road and walk along the beach for a couple of minutes. The sand is firm, so 2-wheel drive can manage when the tide allows.
